| Assembly requires no drilling or cutting. Tweezers, and small pliers (like those in a Swiss Army knife) are very useful when assembling this kit. You will also need C/A glue or eposxy resin and a few toothpicks. |

1. CHECK ALL PARTS
All parts should fit well right out of the box, but doublecheck and, if necessary, make adjustments by removing any flash, casting lines etc with a small file or X-Acto knife. ![]() 1. bed

2. PAINTING PARTS
Decide when if you want to paint the dumper attachment. I
think it looks good unpainted.
Make sure all parts that are to be painted are clean grease-free. Wash the parts with water and dish soap and let dry. Touch the parts only with very clean fingers or better with gloves until you have primered them. I suggest you paint all metal parts (with exception of the brass axles and wheels) with "self-etching primer" (NAPA auto supply etc). This type primer adheres much better to bare metal than regular primer! When dry, paint the parts with enamel or acrylic paint (spray paint or airbrush). Then assemble the vehicle. |

1. Push the brass hinge pin through the driver side hinge. Add the washer.

2. Retract the hineg pin far enough so that you can squeeze the hinge in as shown. Finding the holes can be a bit tedious. Just work the pin gently and move the hinge a bit until the pin is fully inserted. Using small pliars may make this easier. The brass washer is there to make for a tight friction fit. It is friction that makes the dumper attachment posable in an open position. ![]() The brass washer is there to make for a tight friction fit. It is

2. Glue the front and side panels to the bed. The textured side of each panel faces outward.

| 3. Prepare the Utility Cart for installation. The tow hook
hitch should not be glued into place place if you want to do this.
Simply turn the hook 90.° Now the dumper attachment's hinge
can simply be inserted between the cart's chassis and cargo bed. If the tow hook/hitch has been glued in, pull it out with pliars. You may have to make a new hook from brass rod. You can also bend the tow hook sideways, but you might break the tow hook. ![]() Slide the hinge in all the way. In the picture below it's not yet in all the way. ![]() Return the tow hook into its
upright position. The tow hook is now locking the dumper attachment
securely into place. To remove the dumper attachment, simply turn the
tow hook 90° and pull the attachment out. Return the tow hook to
its upright position.
