WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY? Despite a variety of available options, most items are  ready to ship within one week. Depending on demand, the wait  for a Zippo with badges or  for a badge kit may vary. Please keep in mind that I do not ask for any money down on any orders and that you may cancel your order any time.

WHY IS THERE NO PAYPAL SHOPPING CART ON YOUR WEB SITE? The items that I offer are almost always made-to-order. Since I keep little inventory, a shopping cart makes no sense. You can however still pay using PayPal.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? FIRST CLASS (USA): ca 3 business days PRIORITY MAIL (USA): ca 2 business days INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS (Regular Air Mail): varies (one week is typical) INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAILl: 6 to 10 days USPS shipping time estimates may be a bit optimistic. I am not responsible for shipping times

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Upon request, I will give US customers the Delivery Confirmation label number, which provides marginal tracking information. If you want more comprehensive tracking, you can ask me for UPS or FedEx service, which of course costs considerably more than USPS mail service.

CAN YOU CUSTOM BUILD SOMETHING FOR ME? It depends on if I am interested in a project and whether or not I have time for it. You can always ask me.

HOW TO ORDER

Let me know exactly what you want via email. I will confirm orders via email. Payment is due only when I am ready to ship, which is usually within a few days after placing an order. I accept PayPal, a money order or a check from US buyers. Non USA buyers must use PayPal or a service like Western Union (I can assist you with this). I ship as soon as I receive the funds. I always confirm receiving payment and I  email a shipping confirmation.
